Tips Tuesday: Wall Ball efficiency 🔥 Here are two ways to improve your wall balls! 1- Torso Position: mimic a barbell thruster by keeping the ball in the “front rack” position or in front of your face with your chest up. Avoid letting the chest/eyes go down. 2- hand placement matters: keep your nails facing up and support the ball slightly under the “equator”.
