Hurdling training session: Using the Freelap timing system, we ran a regulation height and spacing time trial in the 60H. This is about as close as I can get to fully automatic timing without pulling out the Lynx system. We use the thumb pad starter, but I trigger it to start the clock instead of the sprinter reacting on my command.
