The tactics utilized by unlawful protestors this morning on I-880 and the Golden Gate Bridge were intended to obstruct roadways and delay motorists. Those involved utilized chains, barrels and pipes to chain themselves together and block the roadway. Blocking roadways and bridges is unlawful and will not be tolerated.
