On this day (Dec 3) in 1976, during a rehearsal for the Smile Jamaica unity concert, two gunmen entered 56 Hope Road in an attempt to stop the event for political reasons. Bob, @officialritamarley, manager Don Taylor, and band assistant Louis Griffiths were shot during the attack—miraculously, all survived.
