Gymnastics is fun….that is the biggest reason I still play in the gym. It’s fun. It’s a reason I teach GymFit classes and a reason I host adult gymnastics camps. I want to give people a place to do gymnastics again or a place to try gymnastics for the first time. I see no difference between doing gymnastics or joining a basketball/softball/volleyball league.
