The Fairbanks airport dipped to -40°F for the second time this winter at 4:20am this morning. At that temperature, ice fog can form. Currently, the temperature is -36°F at Fairbanks International Airport, -40°F at Fort Wainwright, and -41°F in the Goldstream Valley.
