Welp, bit down! #CNCFail Cutting aluminum on the iQ desktop router is normally as easy as it looks, unless your bit isn't secure to the collet and your material isn't secured to the jig! Make sure you're material is always firmly secured down to the bed, or jig you're using on your bed. You can use a vacuum table if you have one, clamps, double-sided tape, screws, or all of the above! After we *firmly* secured our material and bit once again, we got back to cutting this aluminum.
