Following up on my previous post about wasting time on serve practice - this is a good example of focusing yourself on a task. Let’s face it serve practice is repetitive and boring, so when you are a young or developing player it’s important to help guide your practice. Simple things like targets or pathways to practice accuracy, deviation and length etc all help you control the subtleties of tour serves and improve muscle memory and control. This is a basic but great example of what you can do
