Roderick Bernard Randall Jr. is a known member of the KZT/Viet Pride street gangs, which are predominantly Asian Crip-affiliated gangs based in South Sacramento. These gangs have a long history of violent rivalries, particularly with another South Sacramento Asian gang known as Hop Sing.
