Ahead of Germany’s UEFA Nations League semi-final against Portugal, Julian Nagelsmann emphasised the importance of building confidence ahead of his side’s World Cup Qualifiers kicking off in September.

Portugal has won the UEFA Nations League after beating Spain 5-3 on penalties in Sunday's final in Munich. The match ended at 2-2 after extra time with Ruben Neves securing the winning penalty kick for Portugal.

Portugal takes on Spain at the Allianz Arena on Sunday, June 8. Kickoff is set for 9 p.m. CET local time in Munich, making it an 8 p.m. BST start in the UK, a 3 p.m. ET or 12 p.m. PT kickoff in the US and Canada, and a 5 a.m. AEST start on Monday, June 9, in Australia.
