Police are investigating after a man was found dead along Interstate 87 in Rockland County after a driver reported damage to their car from hitting an unknown object.

Two truck drivers traveling through DeKalb County were given tickets for not speaking English.

The drivers were given tickets in DeKalb County and are some of the first to be ticketed for not speaking English since a President Trump executive order went into effect in June.
