Google has announced that it plans to add Veo 3, its AI video generator, integration to YouTube Shorts later this summer.

The video giant is reportedly carving out a special place within YouTube Shorts specifically for content generated by Google’s powerful new Veo 3 AI video model.

YouTube is bringing its Veo 3 AI video generation model, which my colleague Allison Johnson recently called “a slop monger’s dream,” to YouTube Shorts later this summer, according to a Cannes Lions keynote from YouTube CEO Neal Mohan.
