Matthew Stafford will go through another lengthy workout Saturday to test his injured back before the Los Angeles Rams' second preseason game. Coach Sean McVay said the 37-year-old quarterback will do much the same workout he did last Saturday before the Rams beat the Dallas Cowboys at SoFi Stadium.

Rams coach Sean McVay told reporters Thursday that Stafford, who is battling an aggravated disk, will participate in workouts Saturday morning. The quarterback was not a part of practice on Wednesday or the Rams’ joint practice with the Saints on Thursday.
