It doesn’t seem much like the languid dog days of summer for Justin Baldoni when it comes to the It Ends With Us director’s sprawling legal fracas with Blake Lively over her claims of sexual harassment on the Sony released flick and the alleged online smear campaign that followed last year.

Most recently Ferrer has been making headlines, claiming that Baldoni's legal team has been harassing her. Although legal documents acquired by Deadline indicate that it was actually Lively's team that Subpoenad her first;

"It Ends with Us" actress Isabela Ferrer filed a motion accusing Justin Baldoni of "harassing" her to comply with a subpoena in the Blake Lively case.
