Just over a year after police fatally shot Sonya Massey in her home, Illinois has introduced a police reform bill named in her memory.

Darcy Brunner, the mother of former WNBA star Sophie Brunner, was killed in a double fatal crash in rural Stephenson County on Saturday, along with Rowando Ic-Choc, 30, of Guatemala.
