Houston Dynamo FC owner Ted Segal has big plans to lend a hand in the city's preparation for the 2026 World Cup. According to the Houston Business Journal, Segal will renovate a 13,000-square-foot building at 2500 Texas Ave., located at the corner of Texas Ave and St. Charles Street in East Downtown, just a block from Shell Energy Stadium.
