Need to add a calculated field to an Access form? It's easy, and you can do it on the fly. Just add a new text box control with the appropriate formula as its control source.
You can add tabs to your form by using the Tab Control feature in Access. We show you how to create a Tabbed Form in Microsoft Access.
Select the "Design" tab and click "Add Existing Fields" in the Tools group to open the Fields List pane. Drag fields from the pane onto the form. Save the form before closing it.
