The Chicago White Sox are sending first baseman Andrew Vaughn to the Milwaukee Brewers for pitcher Aaron Civale, a source confirmed to the Tribune Friday morning.

The Milwaukee Brewers are sending the 30-year-old right-hander to the Chicago White Sox, according to The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal. Civale had asked for a trade earlier this week after the Brewers moved the long-time starter to the bullpen.
